Other offerings included a freshly canned batch of Pineapple Milkshake Nawi, Bâtisserie Neapolitan Stout, fresh Hop Jon, Poputchik, Hop Surf, Hop Nawi, Raspberry Milkshake Waka and Mango Milkshake Lassi. As usual, we provided free samples.

Do you know how we keep things running smoothly at ECB?

By literally RUNNING! We missed our brewmaster at the June opening because he was on his annual 100 mile running race. During those 28 hours of running, David came up with a new recipe. Stay tuned...

July's Beer Pick of the Month: Hop Surf

Our top summer pick is the Hop Surf . This 8.5% ABV New England-Style Double IPA is brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops with notes of orange, peach, blueberry and pine. Creamy, smooth and perfect for summer! We will be brewing a fresh batch the last week in July for availability in late August.

Brewmaster David, along with Eric Diaz, participated in a tap takeover at Gillerson's Grubbery in Aurora, IL on July 17th. The lineup included a hazy pale ale, hazy IPA, hazy double IPA, pineapple milkshake IPA and a pastry stout.

The next one we are attending is the 12th Annual Oak Park Micro Brew Review on August 17.
